Annual MCEE Student Achievement Awards

Every spring, the MCEE Student Achievement Awards honor and celebrate students from across Maryland for their accomplishments in MCEE’s student engagement programs, including the Stock Market Game™, the InvestWrite Essay Competition, the Personal Finance Challenge, the Economics Challenge, and the MCEE Poster Contest.

The awards took place May 13, 2026 at Towson University, the event  welcomed students, educators, families, and community leaders for a festive day of inspiring student presentations of what they’ve learned, awards and recognition for teachers and students. Over the years, the MCEE Student Achievement Awards have honored hundreds of students from schools across the state. 

2026 Annual Awards

This year’s event took place at Towson University on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, welcoming hundreds of students, educators, families, and community leaders. It will be a day filled with:

• Inspiring Student Presentations: Students showcased what they’ve learned through MCEE programs.
• Awards & Recognition: Outstanding teachers and students were celebrated for their dedication and achievements.

Over the years, this event has honored hundreds of students from schools across the state, creating lasting memories and motivating young leaders.
