Economic & Personal Finance Challenge Introduction

The Maryland Economics Challenge & Personal Finance Challenge are premier competitions for high school students. The Economics Challenge tests micro and macroeconomic principles as well as
knowledge of international economics and current events. The Personal Finance Challenge tests on savings, budgeting and building skills for a more rewarding financial future.
Teams of 3-4 students, guided by a teacher or adult coach, compete to determine the state champions based on student’s experience level.
