About The Financial & Economic Educator Summit
The SECU Maryland Financial and Economic Educator Summit, hosted annually by the Maryland Council on Economic Education (MCEE), is a statewide professional development conference for K-12 educators focused on improving classroom instruction of personal finance and economics. During this full day program, educators from K-12 schools across Maryland, have the opportunity to choose from among 20 different professional development sessions. Attendees receive free classroom resources, access to the latest innovations in teaching economic and personal finance concepts, and the opportunity to connect with other educators.
